I'm the same again this time round because iv had two emergency sections and one vontous delivery god nos what there gonna say to me this time when I see my consultant, but il tell them I want to try again for a natural, but all consultants are different, you get ya nice sympathetic ones and ones who will be adamant it's not happening, I won't be leaving until they agree for me to try a natural again lol xx

Hi, I had a emergency section with my son 17 years ago then had a big age gap between him and my eldest daughter, I asked for a normal birth and they let me try, she got stuck so had to have another one, with my youngest daughter who is now three they also let me try again with her, and I did it, although did need a helping hand I ended up with a vontous delivery, but to me it was a natural birth she came out the right way lol, just put ya foot down and tell the consultant you want a vbac and they will go through it all with ya and then decide if its the right thing, it all depends really on why you had to have a section last time really, mine gave me 5 hours in active labour and if no progress had to have a section, but I had her in 4 hours from start to finish(alot better than the 27 hours for my sons) lol, they will let you try hun no doubt about it just make sure like I say to be adamant you want a natural Coz they sometimes try to convince you to have a section again, end of day it's your body and your baby so they have to go with what you want xxx

I have had 2 vbacs and 1st one was fine all straight forward lovely labour 2nd one was a nightmare as I had to be induced and that changes things xx
