Why does he have diarrhea so much?

I had the same issue with my baby and I used the red beudreux butt paste and put vaseline on top of it to help with the urine and poop to not stick and stay and let her be naked and air out with stuff underneath incase she used the bathroom and hers cleared up fast!!

Dont us baby powder it make it worse from what a nurse has told me it just better to use the Desitin. Let are out if possible just for a little bit. That what i have done in the past and alos made diaper as Loose as I could so it wasn't touching.

👆👆👆 aquaphor works wonders

My daughter had that issue at that age too because she just couldn’t stop pooping. Her doctor said Aquaphor was the best option. We stuck with Aquaphor, bathed her often, let her air out often, and soon enough it went away. Then it came back a few weeks later so we did the same thing all over again. Now that she poops once a day it’s no longer an issue. Another thing to consider is the diaper you’re using or even an allergy of some sort. Sometimes those can be contributing factors. For us, they weren’t though. If you’re concerned, definitely call your doctor.
