How long should you wait to bathe your baby after he has his bottle and it digests?
It can all depend on the baby too every genetics is different so different speeds :33
So I suggest just wait 45 mins to avoid spit up so it’s digested (:
I feed baby .. have a lil play time then bathe. After bath is massage time, pjs, and then I feed again to sleep. I bathe lil one every other night or every third night.
@sms123, only thing that’ll happen is spit up if it’s too early honestly or upset stomach from what I know
an hour is fine .. maybe even 30mins. If you have a lil one that spits up often, then yes wait. I wait maybe 30 to 40 mins before I do .. usually after he poops.
@sms123, so yea one hour or one hour and 30 mins should definitely be long enough to avoid anything but it depends on their digestion too every baby’s metabolism that develops is different some can even have no spit up 30-45 mins later
“It's best not to bathe your baby straight after a feed or when they're hungry or tired. Make sure the room you're bathing them in is warm”
“If you give your baby a bath before (rather than after) feeding, this can help prevent spitting up during the bath. Babies do not need to be bathed every day. Bathing too often can cause your baby's skin to dry out”
I usually wait about an hour
