Has anyone had a over weight problem while pregnant? I was 100 even before I got pregnant. I'm 24 pounds now at 31 weeks. Yesterday my Dr told me in a very kind way to stop gaining weight because I'm almost over weight now. Told me to stop eating protein and carbs. My last 2 pregnancies I was around 98 pounds when I started and I gained around 18 to 20 pounds and my Dr never Told me I was almost over. He told me I should gain more. (I have a new Dr now my old one retired) I was told maybe a new diet or exercise would help with the weight gain but I have no idea where to start for either of those...
