Honestly I spend my whole day feeding my little one and I’m the only one who’s lost any sleep since having my baby so when my husband asks what I’m cooking for dinner it makes me so mad I could cry. As long as my 2 year old is fed I don’t care what anyone eats.

maybe write it down so you have your mind right . Like that the emotional side of it can say what it needs to without coming out negatively , rather needing him to understand what you need and how you need it .
