Please give me some reassurance, this is like the 4th night I have woken up at 4am, I don't know what to make of it. I'm 38 weeks and 5 days and I am beyond horomonal, and just want to cry. I don't know how I keep getting up way too early, I'm sleeping okay most of the time, but my sleep pattern is way off, and I have these nights when Im just completely dehydrated. I also had a hard time going to sleep lastnight. So much is happening, help. I am unsure how to handle this right now 😔😢😭

You could also hydrate yourself thoroughly, bc it could be that within itself, when properly hydrated it can help you sleep better!

I cant say much once I hit 30 weeks I was up every 2hrs. It was my body getting me ready to be up all the time with a newborn. U can try some tylenol PM to help u sleep that's what I did.

Seriously same for me, I love looking at the sleep stats of my Fitbit tracker and it's like clockwork, every 2 hours
