How many ultrasounds were you ladies able to get during a “low risk” pregnancy?

For two older daughters I had 3 ultrasounds but for my son (2 1/2 years old) I had 5-7 I believe. For a condition of excessive water in the amniotic sac

@aharrell815 they did one because I measured big that's all. Because Noah was 8lbs 11oz and 22inch at birth

@bluepenguin, I’m hope I can get one at 37 weeks to put me at ease. I’ll have to check but vaguely remember my Dr. telling me no more after the anatomy scan.

First I had 4 first was to measure baby, second was 12 week scan , 3rd was 20 week anatomy scan and 4th was to measure baby at 37 weeks. However I'm with midwives this time, I'm having first one this Thursday for anatomy scan

I had 4 with my first but one was to check for a heart condition that my grandma and nephew were born with. My OB usually does 3 for low risk.

I got one every visit last year

1 to make sure I wasn’t miscarrying 1 to give gestation. 2 anatomy because she couldn’t get everything the first time

I had 3 I think. One to confirm, one for anatomy, and one to double check for size and weight towards the end of my pregnancy

Really??? So how do the know if baby is breach or a lung haven’t collapsed or SOMETHING???

I was only supposed to have two but I had a third because I was having a lot of weird pains and they wanted to be safe.
