When did you guys start packing for the hospital, and washing everything for baby? I'm due January…

When did you guys start packing for the hospital, and washing everything for baby? I'm due January 17th and i know things can happen early. I just want to be ready but I dont want do wash everything for it to just sit there and get dirty again.
