We put ours to bed than stay up for an hour or so than go to bed. I can't sleep is shes not asleep first or lord knows what she may get in to.

My son is so wound up from medicine right now. I'm laying in bed but I wont fall asleep. My daughter is laying with my son and I'm still awake waiting for him to fall asleep.

I do I will lay with them and I always fall asleep 🤣

My son doesn’t need my help to fall asleep so I sit in his room a few minutes once we’re done with the bedtime routine and then I leave while he’s still awake. He can’t calm down if I’m in there. Then I go to my room which is right next to his and I go to bed. He’s too afraid to leave his bed and is locked in his room with a door cover. I can hear every sound he makes so it’s not like he’s running around while I’m sleeping.

I never do lol hes in bed at 7pm and im just getting ready to go to bed at 11pm since he often wakes up and moves around at 10. I stay up to make sure he doesnt wake me up 😅

I can’t imagine anyone falling asleep until their child has. Unless another adult is in the house. May be different when they are teens.
