Okay mamas , I get my gallbladder out on Monday ! I’m having horrible anxiety about surgery .. I have never been put under before. I keep getting paranoid that I will die.. I know I won’t but I don’t know how to chill out and just think positive about it. Did any of you ladies get scared before you’ve had surgery’s?

@hadleemae2018, it was a slow recovery for me because I have lupus so healing after surgery is hard for me. But the scars are small . I rested for three weeks straight.
It’s good to be nervous or scared, it’s natural. Don’t let it overwhelm or take over though.
You’ll do great. It’s a routine procedure and it’s rare but mostly mental if/ and when something goes wrong.
Trust your body, love your body.
You got this. 💪 it’ll be over and you’ll be tougher for having been through it.
