I just took it off to wash it. I'm feeding her and she didn't choke not one time so far.

Try using a smaller nipple. My baby did this too and i had to go buy preemie nipples and literally sit her almost up straight when feeding her. Shes 1 and still has an issue eating or drinking sometimes. Dr thinks shes always had a very sensitive gag reflex cause she can see a food/ drink and not even be for her and she'll gag and cause herself to vomit. It got better then got worse again around 7 mos. Good luck

Not sure of the cause for your little girl but all kids are different. If baby is breast fed and this is happening it’s from to fast of a let down. If it’s bottle fed it could be a few things such as nipple flow or them gulping to much to fast or even position. I suggest trying paced feeding. I had to do this with my son when i first started bottle feeding him after him being breast fed the first 2 months. It helped so much and I still have to do it sometimes because he just goes nuts trying to eat quick. The reasons for paced feeding is it makes them kinda work for the milk a little instead of it just dripping out of the nipple and then they feel like they have to hurry and drink it all because a lot of people hold baby laying back almost flat to feed. I do the exact same. But my baby got to wear this thing on her body because she was breech to correct her hips. It's like every since they put that on her it started. It scary to me. I hate to see my baby doing that. Breaks my heart.

My daughter does the same thing and she will chick to the point we’re she will stop breathing. I try and stop in between feeding to let her catch herself and make sure she’s fine then I’ll start back feeding her. But she still chock I just keep an close eye on her. Her doctor said he she stopped breathing and turned blue then she would need to be seen.!!!
