Did anyone else have a baby that was born congested? Sophia will be 3 weeks old on Monday and is STILL super congested. Her dad and I asked the nurse and pedi at the hospital multiple times if it was normal and they all said yes and then we asked her normal pedi and she said yes too but it sounds like it is getting worse.
Rant-_-... My friend asked me to watch her dd while she took someone to do something at about 7ish & said "it won't take long"..
Organ donor I was at the DMV today and I noticed that nobody... literally nobody said yes to being an organ donor when asked. It is really that uncommon? If you're not, what are your reasons for not being one? I am aware this is pretty taboo to talk about.
Pedi recommends rice cereal for iron We went to the pedi today for dds check up (4 1/2 months)and the doctor said dd is very petite. (5th percentile for weight? Breastfed.) She recommended rice cereal to help her weight if we wanted to. I asked her if we could skip the rice cereal and go straight for a fruit or a veggie for the first food. I told her that i felt like rice cereal was empty calories. She looked at me like i was an idiot and said "yes but it has a lot of iron which she will need".
What's wrong with a Bumbo? I am visiting my in-laws for Mothers Day and I brought my daughters Bumbo along for the trip. Well my in-laws just thought it was the coolest thing. DH's cousin is pregnant and her mom asks her, "did you see the baby's Bumbo chair?" and she snaps "yes!", and her mom asks "do you want one for the baby?" and she goes "NO! I will never use one of those for my child!" and then no one said anything else about it.

My second child was. He was born with a freaking cold. I thought that was really odd. It lasted a week or so.

@momof3lovemuffins they have all said it was normal and it just sounds awful. I can hear her from the other room clear as day.

Same thing mine said to me. But I took him to another doctor who said put him in a crib over it with a sheet and let humidifier blow on him. And it worked
