I just went to L&D yesterday because I had a small gush of clear fluid that morning. Tested negative! Doctor said some women have very high water content in later pregnancy. Well guess that's me because I also lost part of my plug but no blood!

Amniotic fluid is typically clear and should not be milky. White milky discharge sounds like pretty normal pregnancy discharge.
