Please help...is follow on milk necessary?? NHS say it’s not. I’m confused. What do you mums think? My baby is now 6 months and I’m not sure whether to give follow on milk. 🙃

I didn't bother, I just stayed on first milk till 12 months and changed to cow's X

It's virtually the same mixture in follow on milk as first milk :) look at ingredients and the nutritional information thing. I think there was like 2calories or something between them 😂🙈 only reason we swapped over was coz the follow on milk is allowed to be in more deals like 2 for £15 and stuff coz it's not for newborns ! :) But it is essentially the same milk

Nope not necessary can have first milk till they go on cows milk x

The only reason they sell
It is because they are legally not allowed to advertise milk from birth so the companies came up with stage 2 and 3 milk to get their name known 1st is all that’s needed for the first year then cows milk
