I just found out last night that my abusive EX moved and works 10 minutes from my house (he lived about an hour away from me originally). He hasn’t been a part of my daughters life since she was about 6 months or so. I never pressed charges when the abuse happened because I loved him at the time. Now all I want to do is protect my daughter and myself. I’m planning on going to talk to the police about this, but I feel like they won’t be able to put in an order of protection only because I don’t know his exact address.

Any ideas on what else I could do?
