Any moms on here dealing with an abusive ex who just doesn’t back off?

I woke up to a friend request from mine at 4:30 this morning and wasn’t able to fall asleep. He stops bothering me when he’s un a relationship but I guess now he’s single again.

I can’t seem to shake this funk.

My 4 year old daughter just got put on some acid reflux liquid medicine, but it tastes absolutely horrible, any tips to try and hide the taste? I’ve tried apple sauce AND two different flavored juices.

I started blogging after I left my abusive relationship in hopes that other woman going through something similar would know that they aren’t alone. Here’s the link, I hope it at least helps one person. My first post starts at the very bottom.

I just found out last night that my abusive EX moved and works 10 minutes from my house (he lived about an hour away from me originally).
