Any moms have success with primrose oil capsules? Got the okay from my midwife. Just wanted to hear if anyone had success stories.

@itsdestyn one orally in the morning and two vaginally at bedtime . It didn't help start labor it helped soften my cervix (I believe) , i didn't have any tearing, rips or burning when I had my baby.

from my personal experience, i took it twice orally and it made my contractions intense. but it didn’t help me dilate. i don’t know if it would have been different if i would have also done them vaginally.
@lettyttel, I am being dramatic the smell wasn’t that bad but it was definitely a stench when you pee. It doesn’t hurt to try. Wasn’t bad
@itsdestyn, lol i have a strong scent to odor right now too lol 😂 i’ll buy them tonight and start monday since thats when i’ll be 37 weeks
