My baby has been sick since Thursday are these red cheeks normal? She had them since yesterday i believe

My daughter had cheeks like that with no fever while teething and sometimes her cheeks felt like rough too. Doc said it was normal, it always went away after teething but came back everytime

Both my babies always get really red cheeks and low fevers when they’re teething, is she getting any teeth?
