Help, I'm almost 37 weeks pregnant and having so much pain in my abdomen. Its slowing down, but I tried to get up and it got worse. Also tried to get my husband to help me, but hes deep in his sleep. I can't tell if they are contractions, cause it's been so long since I've had them. Please no bashing, just mama advice on what to do right now
