So i know its normal for infants to peel a couple weeks after birth but should i just let him keep peeling or should i put lotion on him?

Too much lotion seemed to make it worse. So I just do some lotion every few days. It's really up to you.
Putting on baby lotion is fine. But the baby will keep peeling for awhile. Its completely normal, just let it run its course

Just dry skin? Idk why you couldn’t put lotion on it? I did. But that’s just me and I’m a first time mom lol

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. Peeling is completely fine. I personally put virgin coconut oil on the areas my little one had dry peeing skin as well as her cradle cap. I just used a qtip and apply a small amount just to keep the area moisturize. &’ Whenever i did give her a bath. I always lotioned her afterwards.
