@mrshammond17, everything that he “has” is all opinions. He has no proof of anything because I have never done anything wrong. He has never payed a dime in child support. He says I don’t let him see his son when he never asks and I’m tired of asking him to see his son. He left his son for three weeks to visit his girlfriend in Portugal. He had our son once after that for a overnight visitation. He sent my baby back looking like he was living in a barn. He had a raw diaper rash and feces all over him. I called DCFS and the social worker barely did anything for an investigation and she claimed it unfounded. She never interviewed anyone that she was supposed to that she said she would. So no he has nothing against me and according to EVERYONE I am a good, loving ,caring, responsible and fit mother. My son is clean. My son wears fresh clean clothes. He’s fed. He is developing perfectly. And he has everything he could need. My sons father is a narcissist who is doing this for control like he did our entire relationship. He thinks because he is 18 years older that he always has the upper hand. My lawyer is certain I will win.

My man going through the same with his ex we found as much evidence as possible to make her look bad. Save receipt when you buy him things. When you take him to dr or dentist or whatever get proof you do these things. Be better if you can figure out why he says your a bad mom then you could prove he's wrong.

Worst that can happen is hates custody with court dates and he will pay child support. A judge won't take away a child from the mom unless it's desperately needed.

I'd get a lawyer immediately and honestly, he has to have some type of proof that your an unfit parent.

You should be okay bein the momma, start gathering your own evidence of the things you do with your son and also Google everything you can on It and go above and beyond for a while. I have dealt with some dumb shit myself but not custody stuff...

Most of the time, unless the mom is proven to be unfit (and that takes a lot, like hardcore drugs or record of negligence, abuse, etc) a judge won’t give full custody to the dad if the mom wants any. But definitely speak to a lawyer.
