Who’s cooking for Thanksgiving this year? Our first Thanksgiving that we’re preparing as a little family 😍👨👩👦👦
@jmedina, that was the plan for us to go to my FIL because it would have been too much on my grandmother in-law but she just died on Friday so we’re staying home and just cooking...Christmas my FIL will be coming here.
I never cook. I contribute or pay half of whatever is bought. Usually it's at my sis in law
Its our turn to host thanksgiving this year. We did christmas last year. Honestly not even in the mood to do so. Havent planned anything at all.
I am 28 and have never cooked the whole Thanksgiving dinner lol we are always by family that host it. My MIL has it at her house every year and I love her food and being around the family!
I am. I've cooked for the past 5 years. And last year was the only time my in laws showed up even tho they were invited every year. So this year I'm not inviting anyone. Ill have our dinner here then crash my hubby parents dinner too 😂😂
@luvmyboogie, same here as we just moved 10 hours from our hometown
I am! I have to because I refuse to let anyone else ruin my favorite holiday.
I am🙋🏻♀️ but just for our family. No visitors over!
Thats awesome. Def not cooking this year 🙅 I go all out and people don't appreciate it
My husband does all the cooking I might pop some biscuits in the oven🤦🏻♀️😂
Moms and Moms-to-be,
Many of you were worried about @zombie_kitty69 who hasn't been in the app for about two weeks. She's thankful for your concern and wrote this to be posted:
Hello I'm Rachel, I'm 19 and a FTM of a little boy named Mason Wayde((due 01-01-2016). Now to my story. This is what happen at the appointment Thursday, June 25th... A lot was going on, first a normal ultrasound and was told fine, then I went to go wait to schedule for a follow up then the heart breaking news got told to...
Tell me if I'm wrong here.
My husband's sil has covid. She's obviously quarantining in her house but is still loving on her kids and husband. I'm sorry but if I had it I would lock myself in a room.
She hasn't gotten her kids tested... they're obviously doing the whole remote learning and quarantining for two weeks but she plans to send them back without testing them on the Monday after Thanksgiving 😬😱.
My husband thinks I'm overreacting but I told him I don't want to see them on Christmas....

These two men here and my daughter r my life ♡ Me and hubby became friends with him and ended up falling in love. We have been dating him now for a month and a half and we seriously feel like he fills this missing part that we never knew was there. Our daughter warmed up to him right away (which is very rare especially with guys) and just adores him. He is so sweet to her and has patience with her that even my husband doesnt. We celebrated our first Thanksgiving as a family of 4 and are excited ...
This may be random but what do yall cook for Christmas? Like I wanna cook but no Thanksgiving food lol...what's traditional for Xmas dinner??
Piggy backing off a post from earlier:
I saw a comment that somebody doesn’t have appetizers before Thanksgiving dinner. And for some reason that’s all I’ve been able to think about for the last few hours, lmao!
So my question is, do you guys have appetizers before the main meal?? I can’t imagine having everyone stand around without having chips, dips, cheese, crackers, charcuterie, deviled eggs, ect before hand.
What happens during that time? Just talking? Am I a complete fat ass that just c...
No one wants me to cook. Thank god! 😂
