My best friend who I love has 4 lovely kids, she broke up with their dad earlier this year he was abusive and controlling, he cheated and lied aswell. Anyway she’s been seeing this guy who she met through a friend of hers for a few months, he has kids from a previous relationship who he sees when he wants. Tonight he is at the house where he lived with his ex and the kids and where she stays with them, my friend isn’t happy and finds it weird, she says it’s not normal. I told her I don’t find it weird, he’s a dad being there for his kids, whether his ex is there or not it doesn’t mean there going to jump back into bed together. Ive split with my girls dad, no matter what I think of him he’s still their dad, I’ve not stopped him coming to the house he once stayed in to see them. Am I missing something? I can understand why she is paranoid not to find it weird I don’t. Does anyone else find it weird?
