Darn typos... Sorry.

After my first baby was born they tried to say this and wanted to send me to physical therapy for it. My midwife laughed when I looked at her like she was crazy and said,"Yes, it's a real thing". Well I didn't go but I with pelvic floor exercises it got better and healed up. It took some extra time and patience. Hope you feel better.
