Thanks noenahiza I'm going to do my best to eat cleaner then I have in the past... it's hard to hear u know

I had the gestational diabetes while i was pregnant i had to really be careful with what i would eat

I don’t have it but I no plenty who do and did . And don’t be scared they will send you to a high risk doctor if your not already and they will just monitor you and baby more closely with blood work and Sonos and stress test for baby you’ll be fine !! And they will keep in contact with your doctor and send over all info so everyone is on the same page . I myself go to a high risk doctor but for different reasons and I love them just as much as my OB !!

They did refer me to a dietitian and a specialist...I'm waiting for an appointment thanks @prestonjeanetta0120 this is my first baby and I just want to make everything right for him
