12 weeks today. Does anyone else worry like crazy there gonna miscarry?

38 weeks and I'm still worrying like crazy

I think its normal, cause I had that stress but just try an stay calm,a trick that I was told that helped me was watch sad movies and get that built up cry out your system. An do a little baby shopping for gender neutral baby things😁
