I swear I see two. I am saying twins because if you zoom in the bottom and top in the middle looks like there is two circles that come together if that makes sense.

Horrible quality. Their machine must be antiquated. I see one sac and one yolk.

@christinephillips84 On the far left of the gestational sac is one for sure...the yolk sac and embryo. The opposite side looks like another one.

I can't tell how early u are, but at my 6 week us when we finally say baby mine looked the same. One baby and one yolksak... just a thought

Identical twins would be easy for them to identify at this point, granted the quality is terrible. All ultrasound are reviewed by a radiologist who is specially trained. If it were identical twins in an obvious shot such as this they’d tell you. If your questioning it get a second opinion from another ultrasound provider 😊
