@lumos.nox it scares me I have vad anxiety so it makes me freak out like I'll be fine all day and then I'll start having achiness or pains or cramps right above my vagina I hate being so paranoid
@kellybelly3434 I get those with my second. I didnt cramp much at all with my first but this time I'm already almost 21 weeks and the cramps haven't gone away 🙄

It might. Water helps with a lot during pregnancy
