Any mommy have severe migraines during second trimester? What are some remedies.?? Not sure if I should had to the er I am starting to get dizzy and when I bend down blood rushes and my eyes burn 😣

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
