My jaw is starting to hurt because I grind my teeth way too much . I even do it my sleep & I do it without knowing I’m doing it until someone tells me to stop cause they can hear it lmao . I need to get a mouth guard or something 😩

Go get one from Wal-Mart! I had to do that several years ago because I was so stressed out that I'd grind my teeth at night 😵 it was a little too big as it wasn't fitted to my specific teeth, but it did keep me from turning my teeth to powder and waking up hurting.
I need one too! I clench my jaw so hard that I cracked one of my fillings. But since clenching doesn’t make noise I don’t stop until I realize I’m doing it 😭😭😭
@ashleea9898 it honestly took me some time to get used to it but my jaw wouldn't hurt that much in the morning and I used it when I'm very stressed

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
