The blood can be he cut himself while pushing it out. If he pooped blood I would imagine there would be more on the diaper itself. Does his anus looks like it’s bleeding?? Something he ate constipated him it happens.

Blood to me is a good reason to call his dr.

I would call the Dr my Dr told us if we see blood in poop definitely give a call

Call the doctor to be safe. But this can happen when they are constipated.
