The last 7 l months have been so chaotic- moving from one state to another to then move again 2 months later and all the crazy that goes along with doing all of that with 4 kiddos😩 my health and fitness has taken a toll cause life happens...in the last 3 weeks I’ve slowly but surely have gotten back to a routine with my nutrition and my workouts. I can definitely see and feel the difference🙂
@queeneagle, nutrition is key! when you’ve plateau it’s usually that whatever your nutrition is there’s something that is working against you. It could be either you’re not eating enough of the right foods or you’re eating too little depends on what you’re trying to achieve. I have a healthy balance of high lean protein, veggies (lots of greens), not too much fruits and good carbs. I only drink water (the amount you drink makes a difference), daily one cup of coffee, and occasional glass of wine lol. As for my workouts I’m a Beachbody coach and a certified personal trainer so I either use my Beachbody on demand or one of my HIIT routines. What it comes down to is finding what works for you. As for the loose skin-I have plenty of it and what I’ve done is embraced it. It’s been hard and it’s annoying at times but this body has housed and birthed 4 babies so this is what happens. Of course exercise does help produce collagen which helps with the elasticity of your skin and plenty of core exercise that can help strengthen your core but you’ll always have some sort of amount unless you pay for surgery to have it removed. Not saying that’s what you need to do but to each their own.
