ICYMI, last week I hosted a Live chat with two athletic trainers on behalf of At Your Own Risk and National Athletic Trainers' Association about concussions and the things parents need to know, partculary as it pertains to youth athletes. It was a great discussion with tons of great info (even some I didn't know!), that I urge you to watch and share with other parents and coaches who need to know about how they can keep your kid safer on the field.

Hello ladies, I really need your support. So as you all know I am pregnant (about 5 weeks). My child's father and I have been together off and on for about 2 years now. Neither of our parents seem to be happy about this pregnancy mainly because he's unstable financially and wasn't the best boyfriend to me. He already has a 4 year that he's barely taking care of. Yes, this wasn't the smartest thing to do but I need to make a decision. They are basically telling me to have an abortion(yikes). I'm so torn. I need your opinions and help here.
