@mom211n11 I'm hoping she turn like my last daughter but I just don't want to be induced again. I was looking up a way to see if it was a way to make or help her turn but found nothing.

@c.will, gosh I’m so sorry. I hope you have a better experience this time around.

@c.will if they can get her to turn it will be easier for you. I pushed like crazy to get her out and tore bad. Almost had a C-Section because she wasn't coming down right due to her huge head.

@youngbutwisemomma ugh that's what I want to avoid my daughter I ended up being induced at 41wks 2 days and she never dropped and I was wondering if it was from her being sunny side up but she turned but I'm in the same situation again and want to avoid being induced I'm 37 weeks still no contractions in sight and haven't dropped and wondering if it's because she is posterior I'm going to have to be induced or she would turn for natural labor. I want to avoid being induced or having a long or difficult labor because of her position

@c.will, no i had my son at 37 weeks. I had gone into preterm labor 2 times prior at 31 and 33 weeks, but when they’re sunny side up the head is coming down at a wider position so I wasn’t able to dilate. It ended being a good thing because it kept him in longer.

@mom211n11 my daughter is already sunny side up my first daughter was the same way but I had to be induced but she had turned but I'm hoping to go into labor naturally and not have to be induced but I didn't know if it would be harder for a natural labor since she is already sunny side up and if she would turn for a natural labor because I heard sunny side up the labor is back labor

@youngbutwisemomma did you go past your due date and it happened?

My baby turned sunny side up after my epidural. The midwives had me lie on my side and keep my legs together pushing downward. Unfortunately she did not turn and came out side side up. In my case the epidural created the issue but for you it's very possible baby can turn on their own in labor. What does your doctor think?

My son was sunny side up and managed to turn himself by the time I went into labor. I don’t know if him turning himself is what caused my water to break on its own but all I know is when I got to the hospital he was more than ready to come!
