hey all, im 6 weeks along now but i havent met my midwife etc yet so i dont have no folic acide take atm..is it a bad thing i mean last time i started taking them at 4 weeks..please let me know if theres anything else that i can take until i meet a midwife x

Is there anyone here who doesnt take prenatals? I feel like I'm the only one. I dont take it because I end up throwing it up. And it doesnt make me feel good at all. I stopped taking them around week 7 week 8 and now that I'm almost 15 weeks, I'm feeling way better. I would have morning sickness everyday... now its hardly.
