Why is my baby so stiff?? He relaxes a bit when in a seat but anytime I pick him up or am holding him he’s solid.. is this normal? I don’t recall my older son doing this

I dont think its a seizure. Silent seizures they normally jusy stare into space and you cant get their attention at all untill its over (my cousin has these) but she never tensed up and grand mal seizures make cause physically seizing (We have three epileptics in the family) my daughter would do this when she was a baby and it was colic. She was breastfed at first but the formula she was on when she started bottle feeding made her do this. We switched formula and gave her colic drops and it stopped and she was a whole new baby.

@catfish2220, bottle. He was breast fed & it was the same.. everything is clenched so tight. Rarely does he open his hands still.. could it be from colic?
Little remedies colic drops from walmart. I would call the doctor too just incase it is something else but in the meantime hopefully that will help.
