You know what I love about this picture? Everything! By that I mean this momma with 4 crazy kids is smiling. She is down almost 30lbs since starting this journey! It might not seem like a big number to have lost in a year, but it is such a huge accomplishment. My entire life has been trying to find where I am the most happy with myself. Even when I was pre child size or even after losing 35lbs after 2 kids I never felt at ease with myself. Now as a mom of 4, devoted wife I found myself through fitness and nutrition. It has given me the tools which I now use to feel great. I have confidence like I’ve never had before. No matter where my body is in this journey I am proud of all I have done and how far I’ve come. This smile is me loving myself and owning my body as it changes. I do not compare myself to anyone else because there is no one like me, just like there is no one like you. We all progress differently and that is the fabulous part of being individuals. We make our own choices, forge our own paths and reap the rewards of our labor. So smile on this day and enjoy living your best life. I know I wouldn’t have mine any other way.
