Hey! So anyone who has got the paragard iud. The copper one i got it put in today and so i was feeling for the string and it’s right there like i don’t even have to stick my fingers in i can just feel it there it’s sticking out. Is that normal? She said i was gonna have to stick my fingers in and feel for it? Could it have already moved?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
So my iud string when I sit down and stick my finger in just a tad I feel the string n it's right there near my vaginal hole. Is that normal ?

Lawyer can't do anything as of now with my ex and I have to stick with the order. Wonderful 🙄 so something even worse can happen to my precious baby boy?! I just have a bad feeling 😒😥😥

I have it but never felt for it...I would think it's ok BUT call tomorrow and see what they say

@ecahanes, ya she said i need to be checking it every two weeks and if the strings get longer or shorter i need to go up there after at least 3 months then i need to check it every month to make sure it doesn’t move.

They may have left the strings long, but better safe than sorry to get it checked out. I had the copper iud but after two years my body started pushing it out.

@alejandra1x, ya i have the copper one. The only problem is i got it at the health department and the lady is only there Tuesdays and Thursday. So i don’t know if they’d be able to help me.

@annekam1022, when I felt mine coming out I went to the ER. If it’s not hurting you and you don’t feel pinching just wait and use protection just in case.

@honeyxxbee, she might have because she went step by step with me because i was super nervous. She never said anything about cutting them. Or maybe she’s keeping them long to make sure i know where to feel at because this is my first one.
