How do we choose between $30 an hour or 20$ an hour? Obviously $30. But I’ll be 15 hours away from family in another state. My kids would grow up without their grandparents or uncles and cousins and I’ll be alone with the kids all day while hubby is at work. He’ll eventually make friends at work but I won’t since I’m always home with the kids ☹️ got 5 months to choose where we are going before hubby graduates. Indiana or NC where my family is ☹️

@njgriffin taking a train isn't too expensive if you wanted a week to visit family even if he's working, and it's easier than it seems lol

For $30/hour you'll have the money to visit frequently

@njgriffin, you just described my life lol. All my family are in NY, we have moved to VA, CA back to VA. It takes time to adjust if you make that move which seems like you are leaning towards, as long as you and your husband are going through this hand in hand you two will make it work. He is also making sacrifices leaving family but he sees you and your babies are worth it.

@swedishmomma, @alejandra1x, in Indiana I’ll literally have no one. Not friends or family ☹️ hubby and I won’t ever get one on one time or go on dates. And I feel bad that my parents won’t get to see their grand babies often ☹️ it’s just a hard choice. Money can buy happiness but it’ll get us a lot of things we do need 😖

I'm like the other lady commenting here, I'm an army wife and stuck in NC, 14 hours away from my family. You do get used to it. Its a bit more stressful but you learn to deal with it.

Let’s talk family dinner. Who sits down as a family for dinner every night? We do. We were always the kids who had to be home at 5pm for dinner and I’ll do the same with my kids. Dinner is my favorite meal of the day cause it’s the only meal that we sit down as a family and eat. We talk about our day and I get to know so much about my kids while sitting and chatting. So who’s with me on this?

Are we the only family? Are we the only family that eats Thanksgiving dinner at dinner time? We eat dinner between 6:30 and I every night due to my work schedule. Even in Thanksgiving we still eat at this time. It's 6:43 and we just pulled out bird out of the oven. I always feel like the odd one but this is how it always was growing up and my SO was raised the same.
