Just wondering, who uses summers eve feminine wash? Or anything similar? I’m going to my OB tomorrow and talk with them…

All you need is water...

I use it you the one with no smell because regular soap while I’m pregnant does not do me well

Cause infections every time I use anything perfume wise like summers eve or any feminine wash..I use the vinegar when douching every so so after pregnancy (which really aren't supposed to do that but I do)

I’ve used Vagisil PH balance wash before. Very long ago, surely it’s still available. I liked it!

They say you shouldn't use any soap down there

The vagina is self cleaning all you need is water if you have an odor down there you should speak to your doctor about the odor and find what's causing it and honestly using those soaps and douches can cause an itch and an unpleasant odor

The vagina is self cleaning but the vulva is not. 🤔

@masseymomma16 its recommended to only use water to clean your girl parts because soap can get inside the vagina or if you must use something my gyno says baby wipes to wipe yourself after you use the bathroom is better then soaps down there

I don’t use any actual soap on my vagina, I just let the soap run down my body when I wash it. I always use baby wipes when I go to the bathroom. I’m not worried about a smell or anything, I’m simply just wanting to try a gentler soap just because.

I’ve always heard a gentle soap with no scent and water. I wouldn’t be able to not clean it. Just water is gross to me. Just my opinion. I’ve only had 3 infections in my life and two were while pregnant. So it works fine for me I guess! 🤷🏻‍♀️

@youngbutwisemomma baby wipes aren't ph balanced for women. You can use the unscented feminine wipes that are ph balanced. This is why using baby wipes on girls can mess with their ph causing yeast infections. My daughter's pediatrician told me this.

Wish we could bump the PSA vagina washing post from bb.

I use the unscented wash and it’s fine for me. Any other type of soap would give me irritation.
