What do you put in your enchiladas other than meat and cheese

Sometimes beans or rice

Beans rice onion salsa with some avacado on top after its out of the oven :)

Onions and peppers

Salad and black beans but like a crema and cheese 👌 with a little pique

Cream cheese and enchilada sauce..sometimes beans

Potatoes

On the inside i put potatoes but if you mean on the outside i put if its the red ones i put queso fresco, sour cream, onion, but the green ones i put lettuce, queso fresco, onion

Chicken cream cheese green chili , green chili cheese , chili Colorado

I just made enchiladas today! I put chicken, cheese, corn, cilantro, mix it with salsa and then make enchiladas. So good!

I'm planning on making beef enchiladas sometime this week or next. Inside I'm going to do seasoned ground beef, cheese, some Bell peppers cut small, and a little amount of black beans.. sauce and extra cheese on top lol

Sounds good once u do homemade u will never go back ! I always do mine mich style which is actually not baked at all u dip the tortillas in the sauce then fry them then put them on a plate fill them fold them and wala top with cabbage or lettuce , sour cream and cheese usally queso fresco

We use chicken Greek yogurt cream Colby jack cheese peppers red and green red onion cheese green enchiladas sauce green chilies black beans and pepper jack cheese on top with more sauce.
