Over the next 5 days, I’m going to share my WHYs for my journey! Although some days will be hard and others will be so exciting, this week is the perfect week because three years ago this week I found out I was expecting a very unexpected bundle of joy and thus the self-esteem issues, depression, and anxiety began
💭
The take home message will always be: YOU ARE ENOUGH
🤗
Day 1: Confidence in my body (mom bod)
👩👧
This one is a difficult topic for me because NO ONE likes to talk about this struggle. I mean come on, you grew a human so you should be happy with the “battle scars”. WRONG!
🙄
About 9 weeks into my pregnancy, the “father” lost all sexual attraction. He ended up cheating on me and blaming my body for it. Cue self-esteem issues! 😳
I’ve always been one of those women who believed that the right guy will find me attractive and to hell with what everyone else thinks. BUT having the one person in your life that society says should care for you more deeply than anyone else tell you that your body was changing and it was gross to see really takes a toll on someone
😑
After I had my daughter, I hated my body. Yes I made some killer jokes about the mom jiggle but I still missed the flat tummy, lack of wrinkly “double chin” belly, and smooth skin! I even considered getting my tattoo touched up to hide the stretch marks
😥
But here we are three years later and I COULD NOT be happier with the way that I look! This journey has given me so much confidence in myself. I AM BEAUTIFUL with all the stretch marks and belly skin, with the missing teeth and chubby thighs.
😍
If I could tell myself from three years ago ONE thing, it would be: YOU ARE ENOUGH.
😊
Never let anyone make you feel like you are less than extraordinary because every body is different and pregnancy is a BEAUTIFUL MIRACLE.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
You couldn't find a babysitter?!
Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. I take my 2 kids with me just about everywhere. They are well behaved (minus the occasional 3 year old meltdown) and one of them is attached to my boob the majority of the time anyw...
Adding friends due last week of October!
If you are due the last week of October shoot me a friend request, if I have not sent you one already! I thought it'd be neat to check in with one another and see how similar/different our weeks are going. I feel like the women that are due in the beginning of the month are so much farther along than I am, that I'm just curious if its my individual pregnancy or the difference in weeks that we are all in!

Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what ...
@brittney.arp11, thank you so much for the support! Every woman could use more positivity and support 🤗
