Tummy keeps tightening, and tons of pressure below. What’s weird my when it all started my nose got really stuffy. Has anyone else had this happen?

I get a stuffy nose and can feel my heartbeat in my ears?

@serrano_girl, I don’t hear a heartbeat but my nose wasn’t stuffy until this started. I’m having low back pains now. Along with lower pressure.
