soooo i have a question my dr just told me im 1cm dilated but cervix is still thick? how am i 1cm dilated but my cervix is thick im confused??? also baby weighs 7lb 2oz (estimate)
Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾 ♀
My cervix isn't dilating enough in such long period of time! I need prayers girls please cause I don't want to have c-section. M terrified of it. Thank you 🙏🏼💕 I am already on oxytocin and all, 5hr time lapse only dilated 1cm.

Are there any effective ways & things I can do to help soften and dilate my cervix faster? At my appointment my doctor said I was MAYBE a fingertip dilated and 60% effaced.

Your cervix has opened 1 cm but hasn’t thinned out yet. It has to thin quite a bit before it it able to fully dilate.

well they say .5 pound a week right.? so I'm going to guess 6 pounds and 12 ounces .. I'm bein induced at 38 weeks thou so idk I'm not good at this lol wby.? wat you think mine will be close to weighin I've never had one over 7lbs 1oz ..

When your doctor starts saying that your a Percentage effaced then that means your thinning out which will help you dilate more. I know confusing lol.
That’s good that baby is healthy ! At my 32w appointment my son was 5 pounds 11 ounces 😳 my first was 9 pounds 6 ounces so I have a feeling we will be having another big baby 🙃

@skyee.niicole4, idk lol but im getting induced at 39 weeks sometimes they can be off on ultrasounds on weight so we could be way off lol

@sashamcanelas2015, yes girl ! I just hope he isn’t bigger then her but I have a feeling he will be ! And yes that is true they are cute ! 😍
