Would you say Nora’s toe is looking better the first picture of from Monday the second one today I know it’s only been two days but I’m worried it’s not getting any better
It's going to look worse before it gets better. Just keep up with antibiotic cream. It honestly looks like a spider bite. Give it another day or so for the med to really get into the system. If the redness spreads I'd take her back to the doctor.

We took her to urgent care Monday all they said was to put antibiotic cream on it (I have been twice a day) I’m wanting to take her back just to be on the safe side but urgent care visits are $50 upfront so we can’t do that until Friday when my husband gets paid

aww poor baby! yes it does look better but it also looks like an infection which will need to be seen by a professional!

If you don’t actually know what happened you should take her to a doctor..As a nurse if that happened to my child I’d be getting it seen ASAP.

I think the one next to it (the middle toe) looks swollen too now. Maybe it’s the pic. It’s definitely swollen but the nail looks better.

Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what everyone else thinks or what a doctor tells you trust your body you know your body better than a blood test and a pee test and god will lead you to the right path
