Third trimester tea. It helps! It’s at Walmart, bed bath and beyond, or on Amazon. I drank it once a day the last weeks of my pregnancy and it doesn’t taste bad with sugar and honey. I’ve recommended it to many mommy’s on this app. 💕😊
