Put on bed rest today. I'm happy I get to relax but sad cuz I'm on bed rest cuz bebe is not growing as good as they had hoped. So bring on the eating or they may have to take her out sooner than her due date 💔

I think they are asking a lot for you change by then . i was about 32 weeks maybe 34 it was 6years ago &almost 9 years for my other so its hard to remember but i would ask to wait at least till 36 weeks .
That would give you enough time to gain.
@mamachey yes they want me to amp up my eating, I'm actually hungry as we speak which is RARE. I have never been a big eater, and small as well. I've added a lot of nuts and protien shakes to my diet. When did you start to eat that way to help with gain? I have 6wks left but by Monday they want to see a change
What did they suggest you do aside from rest ?
A specific diet or shakes or both?
With my second & 3rd i was put on shakes like ensure called mom (i also drank ensure plus) and ate more whole foods( ff greek yogurt, walnuts, almonds , roasted or grilled chicken breast, baked/mashed/roasted potatos, lots of steamed veg and also ice cream 😁) and that helped i did also put on some weight but shed it quickly
I was quite underweight to start off so it may be different for you but my son ended up 6lb8oz
Same situation here just not on bed rest & a bit ahead of you. Grow babies, grow!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
Has anyone else thought of this nonsense with her being weird, not having consistent information etc. as seeming a whole lot like the beginning of Glee with the fake pregnancy?!
