Paragard.. IUD.. 🤷🏻‍♀️ NO WEIGHT GAIN, no crazy hormones. No pill, no shot, no daily, weekly, monthly. Lasts ten years I believe. I had it for seven. Got pregnant. Have it again 🙌🏻😅

@liyahfashion the thing about the arm implants that it's the same medicine as the depo shot and it make you gain weight real bad. No birth control is good for you the one that is the less of evil is the pill but you gotta remember to take that bitch. Lol

Only birth control I’ve had that hasn’t messed with me or my body or my SO body(iud can sometimes stab men who can reach the cervix in the penis) is the birth control patch... I’ve had them all 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ gained about 120 pounds all together from different ones but the shot put 60 pounds on my ass in 6 months so no thanks to that 😂

I love my Nexplanon which is the arm implant. Good for three years. I personally haven’t had any negative side effects. No weight gain, no acne, no horrible headaches, I’m not moody. I get my period every 3 months. Do some research on different ones, talk to friends who are on it, talk to your OB about which one the recommend. You never know how birth control will effect you until you try it. What’s good for me may not work for you

Temporary I would say the non hormonal iud. It last up to ten year the down side you can’t use it if you are allergic to copper and your body might push it out. Permanent have the hubby get a vasectomy the down side is if you split up you can get pregnant again lol.
