Did you take your baby out on his or her first Halloween under the age of one? Even if it was for a little bit.

I didn't take my son who was 2months at the time. Probably next year I'll take baby#2 who will be under 1, but DS will be 3, so I can take them together

@bluepenguin my son will be 8 months?

Yup. But it was to my husband's aunt's 50th birthday party. It was a costume party. We all dressed up. I probably would not have brought a baby under 1 trick or treating unless it was with an older sibling

@shannamarie well then yeah go ahead, I was just saying what I did lol

No but only because I had a late class. Same case again this year 😪

I didn’t take my son his first Halloween out was last year and was 3 years old he will be going again this year so Natalie will be with us she will only be 7 months though so I will dress her up but not getting candy for her.

No, it was raining and snowing out 😂 we walked through my aunt's garage and trick or treaters at her house and then ate all her candy (when I say we....well I mean me 😂)

Nope. And we’re not taking him this year either. My theory is if he can’t say trick or treat then he doesn’t need to go. We aren’t huge candy eaters. But we’re dressing up and passing out candy!

@db413 Agreed

Yes always. First was 10 months and could walk and hold her bucket and went with family with older kids. Second was also 10 months, could kinda walk and followed big sister. Third was only 6 months and we dressed him up and strolled him around while the other two did their thing. If they were very young and not going with family or friends with older kids then probably not.
