*BIRTH STORY*

Went in for my 38 week check up. Dr. stated she wasn't able to see how much or if I even was dilated because my cervix was posterior. I was pretty bummed I had no sign of labor being near as the days went by, no sign of mucus plug coming out THEN one day(yesterday)before my due date I woke up to some mild contractions around 9 a.m I finally got myself up to go pee. As soon as I wiped I noticed blood. A pretty palm size amount. Freaking out I called my doctor she told me to come in right away and ran a NST stress test and explained that the baby failed it so she told me to go straight to the hospital so they could run more tests. Baby passed the test there they checked my cervix i was 4 cm. I walked for an hour and went to 6 cm. I was in so much pain I decided on getting epidural. Come almost 7 p.m i was at 10 cm and her head was there. Mind you epidural didn't work for me. I felt everything. Literally pushed 3 times and she was out! Proud of myself.
